Payment terms include:

• Fees are due according to the payment schedule in your service agreement

• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

While we maintain a high success rate, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Third-party website policies and procedures
• Search engine algorithm changes
• Legal restrictions and regulations
• Content ownership and copyright issues

We commit to using our best efforts and industry-standard practices to achieve your reputation management goals.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• All client information and communications
• Details of reputation management strategies
• Results and outcomes of our services
• Any sensitive information shared during our engagement

This confidentiality obligation continues indefinitely, even after service completion.

MEDIARUSH CORP's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Actions taken by third parties
• Results that may take time to manifest

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• We will provide a final report of completed work
• Ongoing campaigns may be completed at our discretion

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MEDIARUSH CORP is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
